I have replaced the Inverter and LCD Panel. I still get a dim screen, could either the data cable or motherboard be causing this problem. I realize that this a wide spread problem with ThinkPads. What are your thoughts on what might be the problem. *Do not post unless you have experience working on computers, I do not need some one who just post to get points.* Thanks.
I've read other people changing the screen settings to native resolution and increasing the dpi.
Also in the BIOS configuration you can set the brightness to max. Most likely it's the back light. (ccfl tube)
